I'm a Principal Engineer at a senior care technology platform, where I lead AI-native development practices across engineering — defining how teams build, review, and ship with AI tools.
Over 12+ years I've shipped browser extensions, mobile apps, AI-native products, revenue-generating APIs, and cloud migrations. I've led engineering teams, run sprint planning, and grown engineers at every level.
Through Brogen Creations, I bring that experience to small and mid-size businesses: a hands-on Claude workshop for the whole staff, a discovery session and fixed-scope build for one process, or paired coaching for an owner who wants to run the tools after I leave.

Brogen Creations offers four kinds of work to small and mid-size businesses: a discovery session, a hands-on practitioner workshop, a fixed-scope build, and a coaching pack. Each one is described below with what it includes and who it fits.
Discovery Session
Half day, on-site or remote
A discovery session is one working session with the people who own a process, followed by a written brief. It is the first step before any build, and its fee is credited against the build if you proceed within 30 days.
What's Included
- A walk through one real process with the actual forms, files, and systems
- Rules for what may and may not go into an AI tool, written with you
- A written Discovery Brief within a week: the current-state map, a first build with pass/fail acceptance criteria, and a fixed quote for it
- Claude setup and privacy settings on the owner's machine when the business is new to it

A business with one process it wants automated and no clear picture yet of what that takes.
Book a Discovery SessionPractitioner Workshop
Two half days, on-site
A practitioner workshop teaches every seat-holder on a Claude Team plan to do one real task from their own job with Claude, check the result, and write down what it got wrong. Every participant works on their own files for the whole session.
What's Included
- A curriculum built from your staff's actual tasks, collected before the first day
- Hands-on exercises in Projects, skills, and checking output before it goes out
- A data-handling rule sheet the business adopts on the day
- A Practitioner's Guide PDF written for your business, delivered after the session
Who It Fits
A team of 10 to 20 people who already have Claude seats and want everyone using them the same way.
Fixed-Scope Build
Two to four weeks
A fixed-scope build automates one process against a sample set of real cases and reports pass, flag, or fail on each one with the reason. The scope, the sample set, and the acceptance criteria are set in the Discovery Brief before any code is written.
What's Included
- One process, named input formats, and 20 to 30 real cases as the sample set
- Working software, a written rule set, and an accuracy report against your manual decisions
- Half the fee at the start and half at acceptance
- A written recommendation on what a production version would need

Scope a BuildCoaching Pack
Ten prepaid hours, used within 90 days
A coaching pack is ten hours of paired work where you are at the keyboard and I guide: getting your data out of a vendor system, building a first internal tool with Claude Code, and connecting it safely to your business network. Hours after the pack are billed hourly.
What's Included
- Pairing sessions scheduled at your pace over 90 days
- A first internal tool on your own data, built with Claude Code from a Windows-first starter
- A written plan for how the AI machine and your business network exchange data
- A script for asking your software vendor for schema or export access
